The result is reduced manual handling, improved load stability, and optimal space utilization while maintaining consistent performance across diverse product mixes.

Mixed-Case Depalletizing

Depalletizing involves unloading mixed or uniform products from pallets for further processing or sorting. Powered by Pelican Perception, our robotic depalletizing system uses advanced AI-based 3D vision to detect, identify, and localize each item regardless of packaging type, orientation, or stacking irregularities.
It plans safe, collision-free pick paths and adapts on the fly to varying product shapes and partial stacks, ensuring continuous, high-speed operation while reducing manual labor and damage risk.

Bin Picking

Bin picking automates the selection of randomly placed items from bins using 3D vision and intelligent grasp planning. With Pelican Perception, the robot accurately identifies object position, orientation, and depth in cluttered environments even when items overlap or are partially obscured.
